Rich joined Concur in 2012 to lead TripIt's mobile product. During his tenure, TripIt won a Webby Award for “Best Travel App” and introduced innovative new features like “Trip Cards” and new platforms like Google Glass and Samsung smartwatches. Rich has held several roles within SAP, including leading the global product design team for ExpensIt and unifying it with the Concur app to enhance SAP’s global mobile products further. Rich currently heads the product team for the SAP Concur mobile app, working within the Core Mobile department. His team is responsible for providing customers with a platform to create, execute, and maintain customized applications. In his free time, Rich enjoys traveling, eating good food, and watching 80s action movies.
